I've enjoyed exploring some of it's creative possibilities lately...and recycling along the way.
Hannah and I recently made a caddy for her new tempera paints. Now we have a home for her paints, brushes, and paint shirt.
But, what I REALLY want to show you is the pretend kitchen I am making for Hannah's upcoming birthday! I can't even express how excited I am about it! It is taking much of my "free" time and most of my thoughts, even keeping me up at night as I brainstorm about the smallest details...stove knobs, adequate shelving, just the right sink faucet, paint colors...you know, those kinds of things. However, even though I'm going on and on about it, I'm going to make you wait to see it until it is officially done. I need to paint it, assemble the pieces, and add a few finishing touches...hopefully soon!
In the meantime, here is another fun cardboard creation...from toilet paper rolls!
